The floating village, Kampong Phluk

We entered and left Kampong Phluk by boat driven by a boy-racer boatman who despite cries of 'slow down' by all the other boatmen, delighted in going well above the speed limit. Upon leaving at dusk, the sky was magical and after getting off the boat in one piece we drove past a few fishermen casting their nets into what was left of the lake as the red sun was setting.
